From the broad expanse of the San Lorenzo Valley where she was raised, to the hills of Aptos where she currently resides with her husband and their dogs, Elaine Della Santina has a keen knowledge of the entire county of Santa Cruz.

As a second generation resident, Elaine often refers to herself as "a locals' local" and has a unique knowledge of what makes this area so exceptional.

Elaine is also well qualified to advise on real estate as an investment, being an investor herself. Amongst her real estate holdings, she and her husband are part of a partnership of investors who own a well known landmark property within the San Lorenzo Valley.

As part of her continuing education Elaine received her Brokers designation in 2003, she also is a licensed Notary Public and as an additional service to her clients she has recently developed her Comprehensive Concierge Program providing knowledge and reliable referrals gained over the years to her clients.
