Ellen offers 30 plus years of experience in both sales and business ownership in multiple fields, including residential building construction, and residential and commercial mortgage lending for a broad range of clientele throughout California, Hawaii and 20 other states across the country—all the way to Fire Island, New York. As a former Senior Mortgage Banker, Ellen offers the experience of 6 plus years of financial lending strength in Santa Cruz with nationwide mortgage corporations in the residential and commercial arenas of Single family, PUD, Condominiums, 1-4 Plex, Multi Use, and Commercial Properties.
Ellen excels in building relationships and guiding her clients through the complex real estate process. From first-time buyers to seasoned investors, Ellen gives her clients the right advice needed to serve them over the long run, with the added advantage of her insight on their financial options as a result of her years in the mortgage industry. Her clients have come to value her diligent skills in bridging the relationship gap between Realtor and Lender while encircling the client with ease from the conception of the Purchase Contract through Escrow, Loan Approval and finally to Funding and Recording on a timely basis with as smooth a ride as possible for all involved.
