Ron Ward has been involved with Real Estate for 20 years, investing in different markets throughout the United States. He started with the purchase of a small condo in Phoenix and has since grown that small investment to as many as 40 various types of properties at one time throughout Santa Cruz and the greater United States.

He has also been involved in several development projects from start to finish and still owns many of these properties today. The current downturn has had a profound effect on our market, effecting peoples’ lives both personally and as investors. In spite of whatever conditions arise, Ron continues to find new ways for the average homebuyer and investor to succeed.

Ron has been a resident in the Santa Cruz area for over 25 years and currently resides, with his wife and son, in Seacliff, where he has lived for the last 15 years. He earned a BA in Law and Politics from UCSC and maintains an active role in Real Estate and Real Estate Investment.
