Scott brings over 20 years of business experience to the Commercial and 1031 Exchange Divisions of Main Street Realtors. The combination of his personal business dealings in Real Estate, along with his continuing research of current tax and real estate law, make him an ideal addition to the MSR crew. After graduating from the Defense Language Institute and UCSB with majors in Chinese Language and Political Science, Scott has built, bought, renovated, operated and sold a variety of his personal businesses throughout the country. Additionally, he developed franchise restaurants throughout California for Borel Restaurant Corporation. A long time resident of Santa Cruz, he has most recently been involved in many charitable activities consulting with many golf tournament committees in the Silicon Valley and Monterey Bay areas, helping organizations to raise funds for a wide variety of charities. Scott is aware that honesty, attention to detail and timely communication are the essential ingredients of a successful transaction.
