I met Mr. Beccaria in 1999 while working in risk management for CIT Group, a national manufactured housing lender. Mr. Beccaria provided appraisal reports for new and previously owned homes in California manufactured home parks. His reports were always above and beyond expectations. His analysis and conclusions provided information for a reader to be able to follow his logic and arrive at similar conclusions. His appraisal work was so far superior to all others at that time. As we discussed issues, we became good friends. His integrity in his work is unquestionable.After CIT Group withdrew from manufactured housing lending, I began to manage rental properties. Dave engaged me to represent him in the purchase and management of several residential properties here in Kansas. We have maintained a good working relationship as well as a friendship.
